During his tenure at Amazon, Ram worked in the Commercial Carrier Technology space team, where he developed systems to simplify regulatory filings for cross-border movement of shipments. He also worked on multiple Amazon transportation launches in different countries and developed visibility tools for the operations team to resolve multiple repeated on-call issues. His expertise lies in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Framework, and Hibernate, and he has hands-on experience in AWS Lambda, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, AWS S3, and CloudWatch.
